Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us. A restocking fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund total.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable.

We do not accommodate exchanges currently. If you want to make an exchange, please feel free to return the item and place a new order.


Damages and issues with your order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment and send you a confirmation email about the refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 7 business days for our returns team to process your return. And it can take another 1-3 business days for you to see the refund reflected on your account.
